Paul Ironmonger - Chief Operating Officer

Paul started his construction career in the Canadian Residential market in the early 1980's.During this time his business grew into one of Canada 's premier custom home builders with projects throughout Canada.

In the mid 1990's he branched into Commercial Construction where his focus was on Tenant Improvement and Ground-UP projects for both Strip Centers and Big Box Retail.

In January of 2001 Paul immigrated to the US where he continued his construction career in the Food and Beverage Industry developing Fast-Food and QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) facilities.

Shortly after 911 he broadened his construction career into Airport Facilities where he completed $5,000,000 in contracts over an18 month period at the Cincinnati Airport. His base quickly expanded to multiple projects at various airports throughout the country.

Due to Paul's Tenure in the Construction Industry and his experience working in secured environments he has become an annual speaker at the ICSC Center-Build conference and hosting Round-Table discussions.

In 2006 Paul and business partner, David Carey bought FS Construction Group. His duties as Chief Operating Office include Field Operations and Business Development.
